Strivexa Fit System

Size Guide

Choose your Strivexa fit with confidence across training, running, compression, yoga, studio, outerwear and thermal performance apparel.

Athlete wearing fitted performance training apparel
Fit follows function Compression should feel close, training wear should move freely, and outerwear should leave room for the layers beneath it.
Measure before choosing Use a soft tape and take measurements close to the body without pulling tightly.
Fit varies by category Compression, studio, running and outerwear pieces are designed with different fit intentions.
30-day exchanges If an eligible size does not work for you, free exchanges are available within 30 days.

Start with your body, then your activity

A useful size decision combines your measurements with how you want the garment to perform. A compression top should feel more fitted than a training tee, while a windbreaker may need additional room for layering. Product-specific measurements, when provided on an individual product page, should always take priority over general fit guidance.

How to Measure

Use a flexible measuring tape over lightweight clothing or close to the body. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug rather than tight.

01

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back and allowing a natural breath.

02

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape inward or holding your stomach in.

03

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat while standing naturally with your feet positioned comfortably.

04

Inseam

Measure from the upper inside leg down toward the ankle point that matches your preferred trouser or legging length.

Fit by Category

Use the intended feel of each Strivexa category to decide whether you want your usual size or a little more room.

Product category Intended feel Selection guidance
Performance tees & tanks Streamlined with freedom through the shoulders and torso. Choose your usual size for an athletic fit; consider sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed feel.
Training shorts & joggers Secure through movement without unnecessary restriction. Use waist and hip measurements first, then consider your preferred looseness through the leg.
Compression shirts & tights Close, supportive and intentionally fitted. If you are between sizes or prefer lighter compression, the larger size may feel more comfortable.
Running tops & bottoms Light, secure and movement-focused. Choose a fit that stays in place without limiting stride, arm swing or breathing.
Yoga & studio wear Flexible with consistent coverage through stretching and controlled movement. Use waist and hip measurements for bottoms and prioritize unrestricted movement through the torso for tops.
Jackets & windbreakers Technical outer layer with room for light layering. Choose your usual size for a close athletic layer or size up if you expect to wear thicker pieces underneath.
Thermal base layers Close to the body to support warmth and easy layering. A fitted feel is expected; avoid excessive looseness if you plan to use the piece as a true base layer.

Between Sizes

When your measurements sit between two options, choose based on the garment type and how much compression or ease you prefer.

Choose smaller

When you want a closer performance fit

This can suit selected stretch-based training or studio pieces when you prefer a more fitted silhouette and the garment is designed to flex.

Choose larger

When comfort and layering matter more

This is often the better direction for outerwear, joggers, relaxed tops or compression pieces when you prefer less pressure.

Check the product

Use product-specific measurements first

If an individual product provides its own measurements or fit note, use that information before relying on general category guidance.

Layering Guidance

Technical layers work best when each piece has enough space to perform without creating unnecessary bulk.

Base layer

Keep thermal layers close

Thermal tops and bottoms should sit relatively close to the body so they layer smoothly beneath training or weather-ready pieces.

Mid layer

Allow controlled ease

Fleece and insulated activewear should leave enough room for a base layer while still feeling streamlined during movement.

Outer layer

Leave room for what sits beneath

Windbreakers and water-resistant performance wear may need a little extra room if they will regularly be worn over multiple layers.

Athlete wearing close-fitting performance apparel during training
Compression

Close should still feel mobile

Supportive apparel can feel fitted without interfering with breathing, stride or controlled range of motion.

Runner in lightweight performance clothing
Running

Secure without unnecessary restriction

Running apparel should stay in place while allowing natural leg movement, arm swing and ventilation.

Woman in flexible studio and training activewear
Studio

Flexibility should remain consistent

Yoga and studio pieces should move with the body while maintaining coverage and a secure feel through changing positions.

Fit check

Test the motions you actually use

A garment can look right while standing still and still feel wrong in motion. Before deciding on fit, test the movements that matter for the way you plan to wear it.

  • Raise and rotate your arms in tops, jackets and base layers.
  • Squat, lunge and step in shorts, joggers, tights and leggings.
  • Check that waistbands stay secure without digging in.
  • Confirm outer layers still move freely over what you wear underneath.

Important sizing note

This page provides general Strivexa fit guidance rather than fixed body measurements for every product. Different garments can use different cuts, stretch levels and fit intentions. When a specific product page provides measurements or fit information, use those details as the primary reference for that item.
